1. Handpiece Repair Payment terms

Payment terms are payment in full 30-days post invoice date. All invoices shall include VAT at the rate then in force.

Late payments may be subject to an administration fee.

Repair quote approvals are deemed as product purchases and are non-refundable.

2. Sales Payment Terms

Payments must be completed at time of purchase.

3. Warranty

All repairs are covered under warranty for a period of 3 to 6 months depending on the level of service completed.

Warranty will be deemed void if proper maintenance is not adhered to according to manufacturer guidelines.

All new handpieces are covered by warranty in adherence to manufacturer warranty guidelines.

4. Returns

All returns must be authorised in advance by MF Dental.

To be eligible for return, goods must be unused, unopened and returned in their original, undamaged and resaleable condition.

Returns must be requested and received by MF Dental within 14 days of the delivery date.

Eligible returns may be subject to a restocking and administration charge of up to 20% of the original purchase price to cover manufacturer restocking charges, shipping costs and administrative handling.

Products that have been opened cannot be accepted for return unless they are faulty or were supplied in error.

MF Dental reserves the right to inspect all returned goods before any credit or refund is issued.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned goods remain the customer’s responsibility until they have been received by MF Dental. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as MF Dental cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled after they have been placed may be subject to a cancellation and handling charge.

Where an order has already been dispatched by the manufacturer or supplier, any cancellation will be subject to the costs incurred by MF Dental, including any applicable manufacturer or supplier restocking charges, shipping costs and handling fees.

6. General

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case by case basis.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.
